Based on scouting and evaluations at the U13 Rural Talent ID Event, U13 Open Trials, the 2017 Provincial Team, and league games, Alberta Soccer has invited the following players to participate in the 2017-18 Winter Training Program:

The Winter Training Program coaches will continue to use league games to scout and evaluate players. Club technical directors may also make recommendations to the applicable Winter Training Program Coach if they feel a particular player warrants a trial for Winter Training. Alberta Soccer may continue inviting players into the Program until February 9th , 2018.
Please note: participation in the Winter Training Program is by invitation only. Players may be released from the program at any time and their participation is not a guarantee of placement on the Alberta Provincial Team.
The Winter Training Program offers players exciting development opportunities, such as:

- access to greater selection of players across Alberta
- ongoing player feedback
- training with Provincial Program coaches
