On Saturday, June 4th, former FIFA referee Dave Gantar bid farewell to his cards and whistle, on the exact same field and using the exact same shirt he used for his first-ever game. Accompanied by his family, friends and colleagues, the Edmonton native officiated one final match between two U9 teams.
