(July 17, 2019) As part of Soccer Week in Edmonton, the City of Edmonton will host Cardiff City and Real Valladolid in a friendly game at Commonwealth Stadium on Saturday, July 20, at 7 PM.
Ahead of the match, there is a unique opportunity for Alberta coaches to attend Cardiff City’s training and have a discussion with Cardiff City manager, Neil Warnock. Coaches across the province are welcome to register for this exciting opportunity – see details below.
Coach’s Clinic Details:
- Saturday, July 20 @ 9-11 am at Commonwealth Stadium
- Pre-briefing with Manager, Neil Warnock
- Practice session with Cardiff City coaches, Kevin Blackwell and Ronnie Jepson
- Cardiff City coaches will introduce concepts, describe the agenda, and give team training overview
- Following the practice, there will be an opportunity for questions & answers
- Limited spaces available
- Free parking on the west side of the stadium
- Access to the stadium will be at the SW corner at Entrance Gate 2 only.
