Upcoming Referee Courses

**IMPORTANT**

We are currently in the process of moving to the new CSA Entry Level program which requires connection to Refcentre internally. Entry Level courses will start to appear once approved as the month continues.

If new to officiating, please follow the instructions for upcoming course dates…

  1. Please click on the www.refcentre.com/alberta link.
  2. Choose which course you would like to attend – Mini or Entry Level
  3. Follow instruction prompts.
  4. A visible chart of all current approved courses will appear with a guide to course codes and information.
    1. Open courses can be attended by the general public.
    2. Private courses require a code to register, which is provided by the league or district hosting. Clicking on the course # in the far left column will provide details of who to contact directly.
    3. Courses will continue to arrive as districts or leagues request them, so continue to look back frequently for new dates.
  5. Click the ‘Register‘ button in the right column of the chosen course to complete the student profile and payment.
  6. Some leagues may complete final approval internally, so use the course host information to contact for any questions.
  7. Login to your newly made personal Refcentre account to see all course details and complete pre-course modules (Entry Level only).

If returning as a Mini, Youth, District or higher classification…

  1. Please click on the www.refcentre.com link
  2. Login to your personal account.
  3. Click on the “Registration” tab, go to the course required (ex. Conversion, Refresher).
  4. A list of dates will show all current available courses.

Lists are updated as courses are requested by each district, so continue to check-in daily for any updates. You may also email your home district or league directly for information on upcoming courses.

Entry level, Mini, Upgrade and Outdoor Refresher courses generally run between February and June.

Indoor Conversion/Refresher and Futsal courses generally run between September and November.

**Entry Level and Mini courses during the winter may be requested by districts from time to time**
