Jesse Marsch Delivers Successful Presentation to Alberta Coaches

Calgary, AB — Canadian Men’s National Team Head Coach Jesse Marsch and Assistant Coach Mauro Biello delivered a successful in-person presentation to Alberta coaches on Monday night. The evening, hosted by Alberta Soccer at Mount Royal University in Calgary, included 120 local coaches who engaged deeply with Marsch in the over 2.5-hour session.

This presentation was part of a nationwide tour currently taking Marsch to different cities across Canada to share his vision on the National Team and soccer in general. In his words, “We want to show a little bit of what we do and what we value, as well as explaining how we build our teams, and how this framework can benefit our players.”

Patrik Zimmermann, Alberta Soccer Sporting Director, said “Getting access to Jesse’s knowledge and worldwide experience is a huge asset for our coaches.” The participation numbers and constant engagement were aspects that Jesse Marsch valued greatly. “The interaction with local coaches was amazing, they got into it right away and asked a lot of really good questions.”

The event was covered for broader audiences by Global News Calgary and CityNews Calgary. The session was recorded in full and will be released to the public at a later date.
