In an exciting weekend filled with quality soccer, the best Tier I teams from across Alberta met in Sherwood Park to vie for the Servus Provincial Championship title and for some, a highly-coveted spot at Nationals.
Aligning with Canada Soccer’s new age groups for national competitions, last weekend’s Tier I Provincials marked the first year with the U15 and U17 age categories. The top teams in each group will now head to Calgary or Fredericton, NB, this October for the opportunity to compete against other top-ranking teams in the country.
