(November 12, 2019) Alberta Soccer Grassroots has launched its invitation for new community partners to host one of five FUNdamentals Festivals in 2020. The FUNdamentals Festival is a specific three-year program that seeks to support communities in implementing the Preferred Training Model and associated Long Term Player Development models within community programming. The two programs advocated by Canada Soccer and Alberta Soccer, aim to help coaches, parents and players focus upon player development over team-based performance goals.

  • 8-16 Coaches trained to NCCP FUNdamentals Level
  • 80 Children to be supported in a fun Festival model session
